The good news continues. After India, which is due to reopen soon, or as Malawi has also announced, Cuba's turn to reopen its borders to tourists from November 15, 2021. The only difference from other countries : the country won't impose anything on people arriving on its soil, at least from a health point of view. For Europeans, the only formality required is a Cuba tourist card.
