Despite a steady rise in cases of Covid-19 in Indonesia this month, attributed by health authorities to the Omicron variant, Bali will once again be welcoming French travellers from Friday February 4.
To travel to Bali, travellers will need to undergo a PCR test and quarantine for between 5 and 7 days, staying in the hotel they have booked. Once all these formalities have been complied with, travellers vaccinated against COVID-19 will be able to move freely around the archipelago.
We also learn that Singapore Airlines wants to resume flights to Bali from Singapore from February 16, 2022. Last week, Indonesia allowed visitors to the Riau Archipelago, close to Singapore.
The borders are gradually reopening, to the delight of surfers, temples, majestic waterfalls and lively nightlife.
