Finallywill be open to fully vaccinated foreigners (possibly by visa category) from Saturday, April 30, 2022.

As of November 1, 2021, providing proof of a complete vaccination schedule has therefore become mandatory for entry into New Zealand.except for New Zealand nationals, people under the age of 17 and people who cannot be vaccinated for medical reasons.
