In four cities hosting the tournament, match ticket holders enjoyed free access to public transport for a certain period.<strong> The adoption of this measure for Euro 2024 underlines UEFA's desire to continue promoting more sustainable and environmentally-friendly lifestyles and transport in the context of its competitions.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>Ten host cities for an environmentally-friendly tournament<\/h3>\n<p>The UEFA Euro 2024 European Championship will be hosted by Germany with no fewer than 10 different host cities: <em>Berlin, Munich, Cologne, Stuttgart, D\u00fcsseldorf, Hamburg, Frankfurt, Leipzig, Gelsenkirchen and Dortmund<\/em>. To enable the many soccer fans who will be attending the tournament to take full advantage of this free transport offer :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Special facilities will be put in place to facilitate the influx of visitors linked to the tournament.<\/li>\n<li>Fans will be able to discover the cultural and architectural wealth of the host cities while benefiting from this unique and practical travel offer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>First meetings scheduled for June 14, 2024<\/h3>\n<p>As a reminder, the Euro 2024 tournament will kick off in Munich on June 14 with a month of competition before the grand final in Berlin a month later.
