Now, there are many people who will reactivate their projects.\"<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>4-year visa for certain categories of French nationals:<\/strong> A new reciprocity agreement now allows French citizens to apply for a 4-year US visa.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Facilitating procedures for American investors in France :<\/strong> The duration of US residence permits for French investors has been extended from 25 to 48 months. French entrepreneurs in the United States will benefit from a longer stay, while American entrepreneurs in France will have access to a simplified procedure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Procedure for American investors in France<\/h2>\n<p>Under the current <a href=\"https:\/\/www.visamundi.co\/en\/destinations\/france\/\"><strong>Talent Passport<\/strong><\/a>This four-year permit will simplify and accelerate the procedure for American investors setting up in France. This permit is open to those who invest through a company in which they own at least 30%, or to those who make a personal investment in a company in which they have a lasting involvement or acquire at least 10% of the capital.<\/p>\n<p>In both cases, these entrepreneurs must commit to creating or preserving jobs within four years of the investment, and provide financial support of at least \u20ac300,000.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Good news for E visa holders and applicants!
