Previously, bank documents were required to prove that the applicant had sufficient financial resources.<\/li>\n<li><strong>90-day O visa for people over 50 :<\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">No need to provide a reservation for accommodation<\/span>You'll also need to provide proof of identity, such as a private invitation or hotel confirmation, to obtain this type of visa.<\/li>\n<li><strong>One-year OA visa for people over 50:<\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Criminal records no longer checked<\/span> and is therefore no longer required to apply for this visa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Processing times remain long<\/h3>\n<p>However, it is important to note that visa processing times at the Thai embassy in France are still (too?) long.
