Building on this experience, the Russian and Indian leaders are now considering a similar collaboration.<\/p>\n<p>There is already an exemption between the two countries, but for the time being it only covers <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mea.gov.in\/Images\/CPV\/visa-exemption\/Russia.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">holders of diplomatic passports, up to 90 days<\/a>. This exemption also applies to the spouses, children and dependent parents of holders of these passports, provided they also hold valid diplomatic or service\/official passports. Nationals participating in bilateral cooperation projects can obtain multiple-entry visas valid for up to 5 years for the duration of the project.<\/p>\n<h3><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-18948\" src=\"https:\/\/www.visamundi.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/Screenshot-2024-05-17-at-16.25.16.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"375\" height=\"213\" \/>Consultations and negotiations<\/h3>\n<p>Formal discussions are scheduled from June onwards at strategic meetings such as the <em>KazanForum 2024<\/em>. Representatives from both countries will be working to draw up agreements for practical application by the end of the year.<\/p>\n<p>The month of June will be decisive, with the first official exchanges on the draft agreement.
