The Peraturan Presiden Nomor 95 Tahun 2024<\/a><\/strong> replaces the previous 2016 decree, which was no longer in line with current legal and economic developments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The decree was issued not only to simplify entry procedures for tourists, but also to reinforce national security and selectivity in the granting of visa exemptions, taking into account the principles of reciprocity and mutual benefit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The visa waiver allows citizens of the countries concerned to enter Indonesia without a visa for a period of 30 days<\/strong>.
