However, from this date, <strong>all travellers entering or leaving Ecuador, whether by air or land, must complete this online form.<\/strong> which will therefore function as a pseudo-arrival card. This measure does not <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">no<\/span> exception.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What does the form cover and how do I fill it in?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Customs Register Form (CRF) is not limited to baggage contents. It asks for <strong>personal information, travel and flight details, and standard customs declarations<\/strong>. Once the form has been submitted online, travellers will receive a <strong>QR code, which must be presented to immigration and customs officials<\/strong> at border controls. Although it can be completed online up to <strong>3 days (72 hours) before departure<\/strong>It is advisable not to wait until the last minute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Here are the steps for completing the FRA:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Go to the official customs website :<\/strong> Visit the Ecuadorian National Customs Service website at <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.aduana.gob.ec\/servicio-al-ciudadano\/formulario-de-registro-aduanero\/login\/#\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">www.aduana.gob.ec<\/a><\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Navigate to the FRA section:<\/strong> In the top menu, click on \"Citizen Services\", then select \"For travellers\", and finally \"Customs Register Form\".<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Create an account or log in :<\/strong> New users will need to create an account on the ECUAPASS platform with their passport or ID number and a password. Existing users can simply log in.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fill in the form :<\/strong> Enter your personal information, trip details and make any necessary declarations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Submit form :<\/strong> Quote up to 72 hours before your trip.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Receive and save the QR code :<\/strong> After submission, you will be issued a QR code.
