The agency then specified that the initiative was initially intended to cover ordinary and diplomatic passports, but subsequent communiqu\u00e9s show a more restricted scope.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>For ordinary travellers, this does not mean a general abolition of visas between the two countries.
