In a bid to accelerate continental integration and consolidate its position as a logistics hub in the Gulf of Guinea, the Togolese Ministry of Security has enacted a major reform for all citizens of African Union member states in possession of a valid national passport. These travelers will be granted a visa-free entry to Togo<\/strong>, and must remain in the country for at least 30 days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Togo thus joins Rwanda, Ghana, Benin, Gambia and the Seychelles in the club of African countries advocating total continental mobility. This opening of borders is no accident. Togo is strategically positioned within the framework of the AfCFTA (African Continental Free Trade Area).
