We wanted to share the results of this December 2019 survey with you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The first observation we can make is that when buying a tourist service abroad, 1 in 2 customers ask the travel professional for advice on formalities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.visamundi.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/9874c1e1-b77a-48be-90a4-257d6ccf3876-1024x416.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-882\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tourism professionals are also subject to this problem.&nbsp;<strong>1 professional out of 2 encounters difficulties<\/strong>&nbsp;in issuing visas, but continues to take care of the paperwork himself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.visamundi.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/84f5bf1e-2ed1-45cd-bd26-8a8bc7039041-621x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-10647\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>We find that one in 3 people is dissatisfied with the service provided by the consular services contacted \ud83d\ude25<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For professionals in the sector, the reality on the ground is clear: one in two experts claims to encounter major difficulties when compiling a file for their clients. This complexity is compounded by a lack of communication with consular authorities. Indeed, half of all professionals find it difficult to contact the relevant services, while a quarter report difficult or even tense exchanges with foreign consulates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p>Added to this friction is a significant physical constraint: a third of travelers deplore the geographical remoteness of depot centers.<\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Individuals share this feeling of bureaucratic exhaustion. For half of them, the volume of documents required is such that they end up losing track of what they need to provide. This mental overload is compounded by waiting times considered excessive by one in two, not to mention the recurrent difficulty of obtaining telephone assistance. As for professionals, geographical accessibility remains a major obstacle for one in three travelers, who find the consulate too far from their home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faced with this reality, <strong>outsourcing is becoming a strategic necessity, based on three fundamental needs<\/strong>. The first is human support to break the isolation of opaque procedures. The second is time management, a precious resource that travellers prefer to devote to preparing their itinerary rather than to paperwork.
