Visamundi's Customer Relations department helps travelers manage their administrative procedures. It's the heart of the company, ensuring that our customers' requests are dealt with rigorously and enthusiastically.
Visamundi is looking for a new Customer Relations Manager on a permanent contract. If you enjoy working with committed and supportive colleagues, and are persevering, dynamic and multitasking, this is the job for you.
Missions
- Coordination of the Customer Relations team
- Participation in day-to-day operations between customers and embassies
- Participation in the development of BtoC and BtoB commercial relations
- Management of internal operational and human resources issues
- Identifying opportunities for new services/destinations

Position in CDI on the Q4 2025
Salary between €30 and €35k
