Register your trip abroadwith your own government, in 35 countries

Open the form

Go to the ViajAR page and click « INGRESAR ». Then choose « Registro » to open the form.

Enter the main traveller's details

In « Datos de la viajera o del viajero principal », enter first name, surname, date of birth and DNI number without dots or spaces. Add your country of residence and travel insurance. The passport number is optional.

Add your contact details and companions

Enter your email and WhatsApp number. In « Datos de los integrantes del grupo », enter the number of travellers, including yourself. Click « Cargar acompañante/s » to add each companion: name, surname, ID document and date of birth.

For more than 15 people, submit a second registration for the others.

Describe the itinerary

In « Itinerario de viaje », enter the start and end dates. Fill in each leg (« TRAMO ») with the full city names, in Spanish and without abbreviations.

If you do not know the exact dates of each leg, use approximate dates.

Add an emergency contact and submit

Enter an emergency contact who is not travelling with you. Accept the terms, complete the captcha, then click « Enviar formulario ».

Create an account

On the website or in the Auslandsservice app, click "Neu registrieren". State whether you hold Austrian citizenship, then enter your personal details and email.

Choose a password and confirm

Choose a password (at least 8 characters, with an upper-case letter, a lower-case letter, a digit and a special character). Accept the privacy statement, then click the link sent to you by email.

If you do not confirm within 48 hours, the account is deleted.

Create the trip

Log in and click "Neue Reise anlegen". Choose the destination (required) and the dates. For another country, click "Weitere Destination".

Your passport or ID card number is optional for a trip.

Add your companions

For each companion, enter first name, surname, relationship and nationality. Click "Weitere Person hinzufügen" to add another person.

Companions and your emergency contact are informed of your registration by email.

Check and save

Check your details, accept the privacy statement, then click "Reise anlegen". No confirmation email is sent: the trip appears on your home page.

Create an account

On Travellers Online, choose your language, then « Enregistrez votre voyage ». Fill in the form: surname, first name, national register number, mobile phone, email and password. Click « Créer un compte » and accept the legal notice.

Enter your phone number in international format, starting with the country code (+32 for Belgium).

Register your trip

Log in and enter your trip details: country, departure and return dates. Say whether you are travelling alone or in a group.

You can register several trips at the same time.

Choose a contact person

If needed, name a contact person in Belgium. If necessary, consular services can inform this person.

Add your insurance (optional)

You can add your travel insurance details. Then confirm your registration. You can change your trip later by logging in again.

You are not told automatically when the travel advice changes: check it regularly during your trip.

Open the registration form

From the registration page on travel.gc.ca, follow the link to the registration service. Read the terms and conditions, say whether you are a Canadian citizen, then click « Accept ».

You can register before you leave Canada or once you are abroad.

Enter your details and destination

Enter your contact details and the details of your stay in the first destination country, including your return date. Unless you say otherwise, your trip is treated as finished on that date.

Add your co-travellers

Add the members of your household or the people travelling with you, up to 15 during the first registration. A relative who is not Canadian can be added as a co-traveller of a Canadian family member.

Save and create your account

Save the registration to create your account. Log in again later to add more co-travellers or destinations, or to change your dates.

If you prefer not to use the online form, you can also register in person.

Install the app and create an account

Download the « 中国领事 » app (or use its WeChat mini-program). Create an account with a mobile number or an email address.

The app also asks for identity verification (实名认证).

Open the registration

On the « 中国领事欢迎您 » screen, tap « 海外公民登记 », then « 立即登记 ».

Read and accept the statement

Read the « 致登记人 » page. Tick « 本人已阅读并同意以上声明 », then tap « 开始登记 ».

Register yourself or someone else

On the « 登记列表 » page, choose « 本人登记 » for yourself, or « 代他人登记 » for another person. Fill in the personal details, the trip and an emergency contact.

Repeat « 代他人登记 » for each family member.

Update when needed

If your details change, go back to « 海外公民登记 » and use « 更新登记 ».

Start a new registration

Go to the DROZD website and read the data protection statement. If you agree, click « Zaregistrovat se ». No account is needed.

DROZD has also been part of the Portál občana mobile app since June 2024.

Fill in your personal details

Enter your first name, surname, date of birth, mobile number (format +420…), email address, document type and number (ID card or passport) and your travel insurer. Click « Pokračovat ».

Describe your trip

In the « Cesta » step, enter your destination and the dates of your stay. The form also asks for a contact person in the Czech Republic.

Add your travel companions

In the « Spolucestující » step, add the people travelling with you, for example family members.

If you travel with a tour operator, check whether the tour leader has already registered the group, to avoid duplicates.

Check and submit

Read the summary (« Souhrn ») and submit. To change or cancel later, use « Upravit registraci » with your email and the 6-character code from your registration: an edit link is sent to you.

Data is deleted automatically 30 days after the departure date you entered.

Open the form

Go to danskerlisten.um.dk, or use the Danskerlisten tab in the Rejseklar app. The web form does not require an account.

Choose the destination and dates

Choose the country of travel or residence. Tick "Jeg er rejsende" if you are travelling, then enter the start and end dates.

Say who is registering

Choose "Jeg tilmelder mig selv" for yourself, or "Jeg opretter tilmeldingen på vegne af en anden person" for someone else. Enter the name, phone number and email.

Count your companions

Enter the number of people travelling with you who have not registered themselves.

Confirm the registration

Confirm that you have read the privacy policy, complete the anti-robot check, then click "Tilmeld til danskerlisten".

Keep your details up to date so the ministry can reach you quickly.

Open the form

Go to the « Registreeri reis » page on the Reisi targalt website. The form is online and needs no account. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.

Fill in the traveller's details

Enter first name, surname, Estonian personal identification code (isikukood), phone (format 372…) and email address. You can add a contact person to be informed if something happens; they must not be travelling with you.

Add other travellers

Click « Lisa kaasreisija » to add each person travelling with you, with their own details.

For a large group (school trip, sports camp), you can also send the PDF form or an email to the Consular Department (konsul@mfa.ee).

Enter the destination

Choose the country, then the region and city if you wish. Enter the arrival date, the departure date and a way to reach you during the trip (address, phone, email). Add more countries with « Lisa reisisihtkoht ».

Submit

Add any remarks if needed, then click « Saada andmed ». You receive an automatic reply containing a link to cancel the registration.

If you travel with a tour operator, ask whether they register the group. Usually they do not.

Open the form

Go to matkustusilmoitus.fi. The site is available in Finnish, Swedish and English. You can file a notification without registering.

An account (username = your email) saves time: your details are kept for next time and you can update a notification you have sent.

Add the travellers

At the "Matkustajat" (Travellers) step, enter first name, last name, date of birth, nationality, mobile and email. Click "Lisää matkustaja" (Add new traveller) for each other person.

Enter the date of birth in Finnish format, for example 27.3.1968.

Enter the destinations

At the "Matkakohteet" (Destinations) step, enter the country and dates of your trip.

For a trip to several countries, file one notification per country.

Contact details and sending

Complete the "Yhteystiedot" (Contact information) step. Check everything at the "Yhteenveto ja lähetys" (Review and send) step, then send.

Create your account

Open the Fil d'Ariane registration page and click « Créer mon compte ». You can also use FranceConnect. The form asks for your login details, your personal details and how to contact you.

Choose one login method and keep it. An account created with FranceConnect cannot be opened with a Fil d'Ariane password, and the other way round.

Name an emergency contact

The form includes a step called « Personne à prévenir en cas d'urgence ». Give the details of a relative or friend who is not travelling with you. This person can also receive the alerts.

Activate your account

Click « Finaliser mon inscription ». An email is sent to you to confirm your account. Click the link in that email, then log in.

Do not use special characters (#, /, <, € and so on) in the fields: the form may reject them.

Add your trip

Once logged in, click « Ajouter un voyage ». Enter the country, the places you will visit, your dates and the reason for your trip. You can enter up to five destinations for one trip.

Enter the mobile number you will use during the trip. You can also add it once you arrive.

Add the people travelling with you

At the « Accompagnants » step, you can add your partner and the children in your care. Other people travelling with you must create their own account.

If the people with you change from one destination to another, declare several trips.

Confirm and check the email

Tick the box confirming that you have read the travel advice, then confirm your trip. A confirmation email is sent to you. You can change your trip at any time from your account.

Create your account

On the ELEFAND website or in the ELEFAND app, click « Registrieren ». Confirm that you hold German nationality and enter your personal details and identity document. You can also sign in with a BundID account.

Keep your passport or identity card at hand. Registration takes about 5 minutes.

Activate your account

An activation email is sent to you. Click the link to activate your account, then log in.

Add your companions

In the « Begleitpersonen » section, you can add your spouse or registered partner and your children, up to 20 people. Also add family members who do not hold German nationality.

Each companion must agree to be registered. An adult who already has their own ELEFAND account cannot be added a second time.

Register your stay

Click « Neuen Auslandsaufenthalt anlegen ». Choose a temporary trip (up to 24 months) or a long-term stay, then enter the destination and dates. Select the companions travelling with you.

Register before you leave: during a crisis, the internet is often disrupted.

Choose how to be contacted

Check your contact details and agree to receive crisis information by email and, if you wish, by text message. For future trips, simply log in again and add a new stay.

Log in with iAM Smart

Open the ROTI login page and log in with your « iAM Smart » account. If you do not have one, create it first.

The former MyGovHK access has been discontinued.

Accept the terms and create your profile

Read and accept the Terms and Conditions. Then create your profile: English name, HKIC number, date of issue and contact details.

Add your itinerary

Choose the « Destination » and « Destination Details » from the lists. If your place is not listed, choose the nearest one. Enter the « Date of Arrival » and « Date of Departure » in the local time of your destination.

You can register at the earliest three months before the trip, for a maximum of six months.

Enter the number of companions

In « Number of Relatives / Friends Travelling with You », enter only the number of people travelling with you. If you travel alone, enter « 0 ».

Your companions are not registered by name. Each of them can make a separate registration.

Choose how to receive alerts

Alerts arrive in your iAM Smart « Personal Notifications ». You can also give a mobile number for SMS and an email address, which must be verified.

To receive SMS abroad on a Hong Kong number, check roaming with your mobile operator.

Choose the website or the app

You can register on the Konzinfo Ügysegéd website or in the Konzinfo Utazom mobile app (Android and iOS). In the app, choose the « Regisztráció konzuli védelemre » menu.

With the app you also receive emergency messages as notifications.

Create a user profile

If you do not have a user profile yet, create one, then sign in. The same profile works for your next trips, on the website and in the app.

Fill in the registration form

Give your details accurately, including a contact person. If you stay in several countries or cities, add each place as a separate destination with the « + Új úti cél » button.

If you are going to a major event (cultural, sporting…), tick the box provided in the form.

Add family members

Family members travelling together can be included in the same registration. Add each person with the « + Új útitárs hozzáadása » button.

Submit and keep the confirmation

Submit the form. You receive a confirmation email with the completed form attached. If your trip changes, use the « Aktív regisztrációk szerkesztése » menu.

Accept the terms

Open the Citizens Registration form. Read the terms and conditions, then tick "I agree to the above terms and conditions". No account is needed.

After a period of inactivity the session expires and you have to enter everything again.

Fill in your personal details

In "Personal Details", enter your name, date of birth, citizenship, mobile and email. Add an emergency contact who is not travelling with you.

Describe the trip

In "My Trip", choose the destination, the area or city and your arrival and departure dates. You can add up to 10 legs.

Add family or group

Click "Add Family/Group Member" for each person travelling with you, up to 20 people.

Get the agreement of the people you register first.

Submit

Click "Submit". You can also complete "Additional Information" (passport number, insurance, addresses) before sending.

To have your details removed, email traveladvice@dfa.ie from the address you used to register.

Choose the individual access

On the website, under « Segnala il tuo viaggio », click « Accedi » in the section for private individuals. You can also use the « Viaggiare Sicuri » app.

Sign in

Sign in with SPID, the electronic identity card (CIE) or the CNS. No separate sign-up is needed in that case, even the first time.

The old credentials (username and password) are being phased out in favour of SPID, CIE and CNS.

Register your trip

Enter your itinerary, your dates and the contacts to use in a crisis. If your trip has already started, give today's date as the arrival date.

Add the people travelling with you

If you travel with friends or family, one registration is enough. Add the others as companions: the system asks for the details of each person.

You can also register a relative or a child using your own email address.

Update if your plans change

You can change your trip at any time, even during your stay. The data is deleted automatically two days after the end date of the trip.

Start registering

On the Tabi-Regi site, click "新規利用者登録をする" (new user registration). Read the privacy policy, then choose to register with your email address or with a LINE account.

Confirm your email

Enter your email address. You receive an email with a link to register your trip. Click it within 24 hours, otherwise registration is not complete.

Enter your trip

Choose a password, then enter the country, city and dates of stay. For another stop, click "旅行日程を追加" (add itinerary).

If you choose "未定" (undecided) for the city, you receive messages from every Japanese mission in the country.

Add travellers and relatives

Fill in the traveller's details and those of your companions (同行者). You can also add the email of a relative or your employer, with their consent.

Check and confirm

Click "入力した内容を確認" to check your details, then confirm. A registration confirmation email is sent to you.

Without a specific trip, "simple registration" (簡易登録) lets you receive a country's alerts with just an email address.

Open the procedure on Guichet.lu

On the Guichet.lu page, click « Déclarer un séjour à l'étranger au ministère des Affaires étrangères et européennes (Lëtzebuerger am Ausland) ». The service is also in the MyGuichet.lu app, if your device is paired with your account.

Sign in or continue without identification

Choose « Oui, je me connecte » if you have a way to sign in to MyGuichet.lu, or « Non, je continue sans identification ». Signing in pre-fills your details and lets you continue later.

Describe your stay

Enter the type of stay (temporary, with one or more stages, or permanent residence), the addresses and dates, and the means of transport. A trip through several countries can go in one declaration.

Enter your details and companions

Give your national identification number, surname, first name, an email address and a contact person. Say whether you travel alone or with others: several people can be included in the same declaration.

For a school or organised trip, one person can register all participants.

Add remarks and submit

You can add remarks for the ministry (health insurance, hotel name, specific needs). Then submit the declaration. You can cancel or change it at any time.

Create an e-Konsular account

Open e-Konsular and create an account with your identity card (MyKad) number. The same account also works in the MyWorldAlert app.

In the MyWorldAlert app, you log in with your identity card number and your e-Konsular password.

Start a new registration

Log in with « LOG MASUK ». In the menu, choose « Pendaftaran Ke Luar Negara », then « Pendaftaran Baru ». Click « + PENDAFTARAN BARU », then « TERUSKAN ».

Fill in your details and purpose of visit

Complete your details and upload the data page of your passport (JPG, JPEG or PNG, 200 KB maximum). Add the purpose of your visit with « +TUJUAN LAWATAN ».

Add family, countries and next of kin

Click « +AHLI ROMBONGAN / AHLI KELUARGA » for each group or family member. Add the countries visited with « +NEGARA DILAWATI » and your next of kin with « +MAKLUMAT WARIS ».

After each entry, click « SIMPAN ».

Check and submit

Click « LIHAT DAN HANTAR PENDAFTARAN » to review. Correct with « KEMASKINI SEMULA » if needed, then submit with « HANTAR ».

For a short stay, some missions also accept registration by email. Check the website of the mission in the country you visit.

Prepare your documents

Keep your passport at hand. Also prepare the contact details of a family member to reach in an emergency.

Fill in the SIRME form

Open the SIRME website and enter your personal details, contact details and trip. Check your email address carefully.

The site may show an anti-bot check page before the form.

Receive the temporary password

At the end of the registration, you receive a temporary password by email. It is valid for 48 hours.

Choose your own password

Log in to SIRME again with the temporary password. Replace it with a password of your choice that is easy to remember.

With this account, you can update your registration later.

Open the service and choose the countries

Go to the Informatieservice website and click « Aanmelden ». Choose one or more countries (« Kies 1 of meer landen »). You need at least one country to continue.

Enter your stay

For each country, say whether you are going there or are already there. Give your arrival and departure dates and where you are staying. If you live in the country, tick « Ik woon (tijdelijk) in het land » instead of giving dates.

Dates cannot be more than one year in the future.

Add your travel companions

In the « medereizigers » field, enter the number of people travelling with you (family or friends). According to the ministry, these people then do not need to register separately.

You only give a number, not the names of the people.

Give your contact details

An email address is required. You can add your mobile number and the number of a person to contact in an emergency. Then check your details (« Bevestig uw gegevens »).

With your mobile number you also receive text messages, and the ministry can call you during a crisis.

Confirm by email

A few minutes later you receive a confirmation email. Click the link in it to make your registration final.

No email? Check your spam folder. To change or cancel later, use « Wijzigen » or « Afmelden » on the same website.

Choose the type of registration

Go to the SafeTravel registration page. Choose "Individual or family group" for yourself and your family. The "Groups" option is for organised travel, such as a sports team.

Have your passport, contact details, dates, accommodation and travel insurance policy to hand.

Create your account

Choose a login method: a password, a RealMe account or a passkey (Face ID, fingerprint or PIN). A password must be at least 16 characters long.

Add your trip

Log in, then open the "Destinations" tab. Enter your destinations, dates, accommodation and travel insurance.

Updates are only sent for destinations marked as active.

Add your family

You can add family members travelling with you to your account if they do not wish to register themselves.

Choose how to be contacted

In the "Travellers" tab, choose your contact channels: email, text message or WhatsApp. You can also set your data to be deleted automatically after you travel.

Open the site or the app

Go to reiseregistrering.no and click "Gå videre til registrering". You can also use the Reiseklar app (Android and iOS).

Log in with a code

Choose to log in with a mobile number or an email address, copy the code from the image and accept the processing of your data. Click "Hent ny sikkerhetskode" to receive a security code.

Mobile login only works with a Norwegian number. Otherwise, log in by email and add your foreign number in the contact form.

Register your trip

Once logged in, enter your destination, dates and contact details. You can do this before you leave, at the airport or after you arrive.

The ministry can only send you information if a trip is registered.

Mention your companions

If other people are travelling with you, say so in the form, for example in the comment field.

Sign in through login.gov.pl

On the Odyseusz website, click « Zgłoś podróż ». You are sent to login.gov.pl. Sign in with mObywatel, the Trusted Profile (Profil Zaufany), the electronic ID card (e-dowód) or your online bank.

Since July 2026 the service is also available in the mObywatel app.

Say where and when you will be abroad

For each stage, enter the place of stay (country, region, city or address), the start date and the end date. Add more stages with « Dodaj etap podróży » if your trip covers several places.

The total length cannot exceed 5 years, and a trip that has already ended cannot be registered.

Give your contact details

Your name comes from your sign-in. Give an email address, a phone number, or both. The phone is used for text alerts; the email also receives country profile updates.

Add children who are travelling

If children are travelling with you, use « Dodaj podróżujące dzieci » and fill in their details. You can also register a trip you are not taking yourself: untick « Zgłaszający uczestniczy w podróży ».

The form allows you to add children. Other adults normally make their own registration.

Check and submit

Read the preview, then submit. A confirmation appears and you can download it as a PDF. If you gave an email address, you also receive a confirmation by email.

Find, change or delete your trips in « Moje podróże ». Data is deleted 14 days after the last stage ends.

Open the form

Open the web form on the Portal das Comunidades, or install the "Registo Viajante" app (Android or iOS). The web form does not require an account.

Enter your identity

Enter your name, the document type (passport, citizen card or identity card) and its number. State whether you are a Portuguese citizen and your country of origin.

Describe the trip

Choose the destination country, departure and return dates, and the type of trip (business, leisure, school or other). For a trip with several stops, add each one with "Adicionar Etapa".

Give your contact details

Enter your mobile number, email and the number of people travelling. You can add a different emergency number.

Accept and submit

Tick the data-protection consent box, then click "Submeter". You can print a receipt.

Install the app

Download « Călătorește informat » from Google Play or the App Store. The publisher is the Romanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. It replaces the older « Călătorește în siguranță » app.

Create an account

Without an account you only see the advice and the map of embassies. To register a trip, create an account in the app and sign in.

Register your trip

Open the « Înregistrează-ți călătoria » option and fill in the requested information about your trip. Registration helps Romanian embassies and consulates find and help you faster in a crisis.

With « Țările mele » you can also follow countries without registering a trip.

Receive alerts and report an event

Once the trip is registered, you receive the ministry's notifications on your phone. In a serious event (earthquake, flood, terrorist attack, accident, extreme weather), the « Semnalează eveniment » option lets you alert the authorities.

Repeated false reports can lead to this option being suspended.

Log in with Singpass

Open the eRegister portal and log in with your Singpass account. Your personal particulars are pre-filled through Myinfo.

If you have no Singpass and need to register urgently, you can email MFA for help.

Check your personal particulars

Check the « Personal Particulars » section. The « Retrieve Myinfo » button reloads your Singpass data if needed.

Add the people travelling with you

If you travel with others, tick « I am travelling in a group ». Then enter each member with « Manual Entry », or upload the Excel file with « Upload Excel Template ».

Only Singaporeans and permanent residents can be registered. For a family member of another nationality, contact their country's mission.

Enter your itinerary

Enter the countries, cities, dates and your contact details there. Click « Add Itinerary » to add another city. If your city is not listed, choose « Others » and type it in.

Dates must be continuous. For separate trips, submit one registration per trip.

Submit the registration

Review the summary, then click « Submit ». You can also click « Save as Draft » to finish later.

You can register up to 365 days before departure, for a maximum of three years.

Sign in with SI-PASS

On elastovka.si, choose « Prijava SI-PASS ». If you do not have a SI-PASS account, create one. Then sign in with the method you prefer (digital certificate, smsPASS, username and password, eOsebna app…).

The eLastovka mobile app is available on Google Play, the App Store and Huawei AppGallery.

Complete your profile

On first sign-in, check your email and phone (both required) and accept the use of your data. Click « Zaključi registracijo ». You receive a confirmation text and email.

Fill in the trip form

Choose « Registriraj potovanje ». Add a contact person in Slovenia and your contact details during the trip. Say whether you travel alone, in a group or with an agency; for a group, enter the number of companions.

Add your document and destinations

Enter the type, number and expiry date of your ID card or passport. With « Dodaj destinacijo », add each country with the dates and the address where you stay.

An expired document blocks the trip registration.

Confirm the trip

Click « Zaključi registracijo ». A message confirms the registration. Find and change your trips in the « Domov » view.

To receive notifications on your phone, activate your account in the mobile app (« Aktiviraj račun na mobilni napravi »).

Choose your channel

The online ROSA form no longer exists. You can register through the DIRCO Travel Smart app, by email, or at a South African mission.

Option 1: the Travel Smart app

Download DIRCO's « Travel Smart » app from the App Store or Google Play. It is free. Follow the screens to register your details and your trip.

Option 2: by email

Write to Rosahelp@dirco.gov.za. Give your identity, contact details, destination, dates and an emergency contact.

If you travel with family, list each person in the message.

Option 3: in person

Contact the South African embassy, high commission or consulate-general in the country where you are. They will register you directly.

Install the app

Download the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' « 해외안전여행 » app from the App Store or Google Play. It is free.

Registration is no longer done on the website: it goes through the app.

Open the Dongheng service

In the app, open the « 동행서비스 » (Dongheng) service. This is where you register your trip.

Enter your trip

Enter your itinerary and dates, and your contact details at your destination. The ministry uses this to send you the latest safety information for the country.

Add your emergency contacts

Save the number of a relative or friend in Korea. In an emergency, the app can send them your location (latitude, longitude and address) by text message.

On iPhone, write the number with the +82 code: otherwise the location text may not be sent.

Turn on notifications

Allow notifications for the app. You will then receive safety alerts for the registered country during your trip.

Depending on your phone and the local network, text sending or location accuracy may be limited.

Open the registration form

On the Registro de Viajeros website, click « Registrarse ». You can also use the ministry's free app on iPhone or Android.

Enter your details

Confirm that you hold Spanish nationality. Enter your email and a password, then your name, date of birth, identity document and mobile phone. You must be an adult.

Confirm with the code you receive

Click « Enviar mi mensaje ». A verification code is sent by text message and email. Enter this code to finish creating your account.

Register your trip

Enter the area you are travelling to and your dates. If you visit several countries, register one trip per country. A trip cannot last more than 182 days.

For several cities in the same country, use the « Itinerario y localización en el país de destino » field.

Add family and an emergency contact

Add your family members to your account, then choose for each trip whether they travel with you. You can also name an emergency contact. These people receive a text message asking them to accept.

The contact person has two days to accept. Tell them before you add them.

Open the form

Open the Svensklistan page on Sweden Abroad, or use the UD Resklar app. The web form does not require an account.

Enter your identity

Enter your first name, surname and Swedish personal identity number (personnummer).

Describe your stay

Choose the country of stay and the city, then the arrival date and planned departure date. Add your email and mobile number.

You can only have one registration at a time. If you move to another country, register again on arrival: the previous one is deleted automatically.

Add partner and children

Use "Lägg till medföljande partner" for your accompanying partner, and "Lägg till medföljande barn" for each child.

Accept and submit

Tick the acceptance box, then click "Skicka in anmälan". You should receive a confirmation email; without it, the registration did not go through.

If there is a problem, you can send your registration by email to ud-kc-resefragor@gov.se.

Install the app or open the web version

Download the Travel Admin app on iPhone or Android, or open the web version at traveladmin.ch. Both are free.

Sign in with AGOV or CH-LOGIN

Sign-in uses the Swiss federal login. If you already have a CH-LOGIN, you can use it. Otherwise, create an AGOV login, as new CH-LOGIN accounts can no longer be created.

Enter your details and an emergency contact

Complete your profile. Enter the details of a person to contact in an emergency.

Enter your itinerary and companions

Add your trip and its destinations. You can add the names of several travel companions, directly from your contacts.

Turn on the app's notifications: this is how the FDFA informs travellers in a crisis.

Choose the registration type

On the « 出國登錄 » page, choose « 個人出國登錄 » for yourself only. For a group, choose « 團體出國登錄 »: one representative fills it in for the whole group.

There is also « 度假打工登錄 » for working holiday visa holders.

Accept the data statement

Read the personal data statement and give your consent. If you register other people, you confirm that you have their consent.

Fill in your details

Enter the purpose of travel (« 出國目的 »), your Chinese name, email, phone and passport number. Add an emergency contact in Taiwan (« 在臺緊急聯絡人 ») and their number.

Add the countries and places you visit

For each stop, choose the country, city, arrival and departure dates, and your accommodation. Click « 新增國家 » to add another country.

For mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau, use the Mainland Affairs Council (MAC) form instead.

Check and submit

Click « 預覽送出 » to review your details. Enter the verification code, then click « 確認送出 ».

You can also register through BOCA's official LINE account (@boca.tw) and receive alerts there.

Log in with UAE PASS

Open the MOFA website or the UAEMOFA app. Log in with your UAE PASS username and password.

Choose the Twajudi service

In the « Emirati Traveler » or « Individual Services » tab, select « Twajudi ». Then click « Start Service ».

Enter your trip

Enter your travel details, then submit the application. No documents are required.

Receive the confirmation

You receive an SMS and an email with a reference number. They confirm your registration.
