The right slot, without refreshing the embassy page

For every country represented in France, Scheddul gathers the official portal, the booking method and the competent jurisdiction. It is the tool behind this barometer.

Where these numbers come from

Scope

Foreign embassies, consulates and visa centers located in France, exclusively. The barometer says nothing about representations in other countries.

Source

The barometer relies on data collected by scheddul.com, Visamundi's tools for managing consular appointments. Only the observed wait-time range is kept, never anyone's identity.

Window and reliability

Only data from the last 6 months counts. Every verdict carries a reliability index, which rises with data volume and freshness, capped at 95%. Below the threshold, a country stays “consolidating”: we prefer an empty cell to a fragile verdict.

Calculation

The verdict is the median range of observed wait times. In case of a tie, we keep the longer range: better to announce too much delay than too little.

Under one weekNo slot offered

Visamundi is a private agency with no ties to embassies, consulates or governments. These wait times are indicative: they reflect field observations, not official information. For any procedure, the authoritative source remains the representation concerned.

Frequently asked questions

Why is my country missing?

The barometer only lists representations for which the Scheddul tools hold recent data (under 6 months). If your country is missing, your contribution on scheddul.com will make it appear.

How reliable are these wait times?

Every verdict carries a reliability index computed from the volume and freshness of the last 6 months of data, and no verdict is published below the reliability threshold. These are wait times observed in the field, not official figures.

What if the displayed wait time is long?

Book your appointment as soon as your trip takes shape, and check whether an e-visa lets you skip the embassy entirely: that is the case for many destinations handled on Visamundi.

How often is this page updated?

New data is folded in continuously; the page refreshes roughly every fifteen minutes.
