Starting this month, the southern Chinese city of Guangzhou, capital of Guangdong Province, will offer free one-day guided tours to foreign visitors taking advantage of the 144-hour visa-free transit policy. This initiative aims to capitalize on China’s resurgence in inbound tourism.
