Sending a copy of your passport halfway around the world via an online form can be nerve-wracking. At Visamundi, we hear about these concerns every day from travelers managing everything from last-minute safaris in Kenya to urgent business trips to India.
Every day, our platform handles the sensitive data of thousands of people—and we take that responsibility seriously. To verify our defenses, we commissioned BonjourCyber, a leading cybersecurity specialist, to deliberately attack our systems and stress-test our platforms.
On March 13, we received official confirmation: BonjourCyber® has completed a comprehensive security audit focusing specifically on the three Visamundi platforms—partners, customer, and internal. After rigorous penetration testing, our overall application security score was rated as "Excellent."

BonjourCyber’s team left nothing unchecked. Recognized by prestigious labels such as HEXATRUST and EXPERT CYBER, they simulated live attack scenarios—including intrusion tests on our web application and API—to confirm that our digital vaults would hold firm when it mattered.
As with any serious technical audit, a few areas for fine-tuning were identified, and we have since implemented enhancements to achieve end-to-end protection that fully meets the auditor’s security benchmarks.
