Majorelle Mobility and Visamundi Team Up for Global Workforce Solutions
Visamundi and Majorelle Mobility partner to simplify international professional immigration with combined visa and legal expertise, supporting expatriation, remote work, and HR compliance challenges.
In an increasingly globalized world, international professional mobility has become a critical issue for businesses and talent alike. Whether it’s for expatriation, an overseas assignment, or skills transfer, the administrative and legal processes can quickly grow complex. To address these challenges, Visamundi — a specialized visa and immigration services provider — partners with Majorelle Mobility, an expert in foreign nationals’ rights, to deliver tailored end-to-end support for professional immigration needs. We caught up with Clarisse Delaitre, a partner attorney at Majorelle Mobility, to learn more.
Could you introduce yourself?
Since 2016, I’ve practiced law, specializing in corporate employment law with a strong focus on international cases. What drives me is overcoming daily challenges while building trusted relationships with clients both in France and abroad.
Within Majorelle Mobility, supported by my team, I provide comprehensive, end-to-end guidance to secure international employee mobility and ease the integration of foreign talent into complex overseas operations.
Could you walk us through the Majorelle ecosystem — which includes Majorelle Mobility — and explain its core mission?
Majorelle brings together a cohesive team of employment lawyers (Majorelle Avocats), HR consultants (Majorelle RH) specializing in operational HR transitions and compliance, and a dedicated recruitment arm for HR roles (Majorelle Talents). Majorelle Mobility is the international arm of Majorelle Avocats.
With our four complementary offerings covering the full spectrum of HR needs, we deliver tailored solutions for businesses of all sizes — from startups to global corporations— and for private professionals including entrepreneurs, investors, freelancers, artists, top-level athletes, fashion models, and designers.
Our international mobility expertise spans a wide range of services: secondment, expatriation, hiring of foreign contractors and service providers, and professional immigration — including work permits, visas, and residency permits.
We guarantee actionable, compliant solutions through a trusted network of experts in France and abroad. Our mission: to address every international HR challenge with professionalism and precision.
How did the partnership between Majorelle Mobility and Visamundi come about?
I first met Sébastien Couix, CEO of Visamundi, in 2022, just months after launching Majorelle Mobility. Given the scarcity of immigration-focused service providers in Nantes, the fit between our two businesses became immediately clear.
What value does this collaboration bring to travelers and employers? In what way do your services complement each other?
Majorelle Mobility holds deep expertise in supporting international talent moving to France — assisting both individuals and employers with visas, residency permits, and work authorization compliance. We focus on helping companies safely onboard foreign hires within France’s legal framework.
We also support French companies deploying talent abroad, especially when sending employees on international assignments. However, as a French legal practice, we cannot file for visas outside France — which is precisely where Visamundi adds critical support by securing the necessary travel documents for expatriates or secondees.
Similarly, many employees seek to work remotely abroad during vacations or telework stints. Visamundi provides comprehensive, efficient visa services spanning multiple countries and nationalities, while staying alert to shifting political climates and evolving health requirements overseas.
Can you share a particularly successful case?
Visamundi forwarded a case involving a Tunisian national whose visa application for France had been denied. We assisted the individual in filing an administrative appeal with the French Visa Refusal Appeals Commission — and the appeal was granted, allowing the client to ultimately obtain their visa.
Does Majorelle Mobility have longer-term ambitions for this partnership with Visamundi? Are there new areas where you see potential for joint innovation?
Our collaboration opens doors for process innovation around immigration support:
Majorelle Mobility can advise on structuring employment contracts and mobility policies in alignment with foreign visa requirements, while Visamundi ensures smooth document acquisition.
We’re also exploring joint educational initiatives and client training sessions on international mobility, covering everything from visa types to country-specific requirements.
Looking five years ahead, what’s Majorelle Mobility’s strategic vision for the travel and immigration segment?
As globalization accelerates, so does the mobility of workers — remote workers, multi-job profiles, expats. Over the next five years, we’re committed to serving increasingly diverse worker profiles facing layered legal issues abroad.
Key areas — employment law, social security, immigration, tax, payroll, relocation — are deeply interconnected, requiring highly specialized legal guidance. We’re expanding our support for compensation and benefits advisory (recently bolstered by a hire at Majorelle RH), so we can help global mobility programs design competitive pay packages and compliant benefits structures across jurisdictions.
