Yesterday, Indonesia officially deployed "All Indonesia"A digital portal designed to centralize and simplify all arrival formalities for international travelers and Indonesian citizens.
The "All Indonesia"now merges the separate steps of theimmigrationof customs declaration and of health declarationwhich were previously processed on different platforms. In particular, it replaces theSATUSEHAT Health Pass (SSHP)"and the customs declaratione-CD“.
Gradual deployment
Currently in the test phase, the portal has been mandatory since September 1, 2025 for travelers arriving at Jakarta (Soekarno-Hatta), Bali (I Gusti Ngurah Rai) and Surabaya (Juanda) airports, as well as at several Batam seaports. By October 1, 2025The "All Indonesia" arrival card will become compulsory for all the country's international entry points, including airports and potentially sea and land border crossings. The general trial period should continue until the end of 2025.

The Minister of Immigration, Agus Andriantounderlined the objective of this initial phase: " During this test phase, we're looking to identify areas for improvement and refinement, so that when the time comes, "All Indonesia" will be running smoothly and without a hitch. ".
The authorities estimate that filling in the form takes about 2/3 minutes. Travellers can complete this formality up to 3 days (72 hours) before arrival in Indonesia. This approach is free of charge.

The system also enables the Ministry of Health to detect potential risks of contagious diseases, and facilitates the declaration of animal, plant and fish products to prevent the spread of pests and ensure national food safety. How do I fill in the "All Indonesia" arrival card?
The declaration can be completed online at official website allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id or download theAll Indonesia" mobile applicationavailable on the App Store And Google Play Store.
Required information includes :
- Personal information (nationality, full name, date of birth, passport number and expiry date, contact details).
- Trip details (dates of arrival and departure, visa number, KITAS or KITAP if applicable).
- Means of transport and address in Indonesia (airport or port of arrival, airline/name of ship, flight number, type and name/address of accommodation, purpose of stay).
- Health and customs declarations (current symptoms, countries visited in the last 21 days, transport of animals/plants, number of pieces of luggage, goods to declare, IMEI registration for mobile devices).
Once validated, a Unique QR code is generated and sent by e-mail, which must be presented to the authorities on arrival. Although it is possible to fill in the form on arrival, the authorities warn that this may cause delays.
It is important to note that the "All Indonesia" Arrival Card is a separate compulsory formality and does not replace obtaining a visa (e-VoA, e-Visa, visa on arrival) or paying the tourist tax for Bali. The system allows several members of the same family to be added on a single application.
