What is the ED card?
Embarkation/Disembarkation (ED) Card is now a mandatory 100% digitized pass for all travelers entering Grenada. This system completely replaces the traditional cardboard cards. The aim of the’Grenada Tourism Authority (GTA) and the government is clear: to significantly reduce waiting times at the island's two airports and cruise ports, while smoothing traffic flow during seasonal peaks.

How and when to submit your declaration
The process is intuitive, but you need to have your travel information to hand. Here are the golden rules for compliance:
- The right timing: The authorities recommend filling in the ED Card at least 72 hours before arrival or, at the latest, just before your departure from your departure airport. Don't wait until you're on the plane, as you'll need a stable Internet connection.
- The application portal : The form is to be completed and sent from the official government website : edcard.gov.gd
- Prerequisites : Prepare your passport (valid according to the requirements of your nationality), your flight details (number, origin) and the address of your hotel or residence on the island.
