Visamundi launches “Rappel”, the tool that calls you back to submit an arrival card

Transfer your flight confirmation to an email address. That's all you need to do to make sure you never miss the arrival card window again. Visamundi launches this free service today.

The online arrival card has become a must for entry into a growing number of countries. Colombia, Malaysia, Singapore and Sint Maarten all have their own rules... and their own deadlines.

From a few days before landing for Malaysia, to 72 hours for Colombia, or three days for Singapore. These are short windows, often unrecognized, that travelers sometimes discover too late, at the check-in counter.

This is the precise problem addressed by “Reminder“. The service works by email: the user transfers his booking confirmation to reminder@arrival-cards.com, The system then identifies the destination, extracts the flight information and the arrival date, and sends a personal reminder at exactly the right moment. Air France, Ryanair, Booking.com, Google Flights - compatibility covers the vast majority of airlines and booking platforms on the market.

The service charges nothing for this step. If the traveller then wishes to delegate the completion of the form to the’arrival-cards.com, The service is offered at €29 per card, incl. VAT. But the call-back alone (the heart of the system) remains free of charge.

Visamundi specifies that the data transmitted is encrypted and deleted at the end of the trip, in compliance with the RGPD. An important point when it comes to transferring flight confirmations containing personal information.

Cambodia, Indonesia and the Dominican Republic are due to join the list of destinations covered in the coming months.

The service falls very well, India has announced the end of paper arrival cards as of April 1 ! Yet another reason to find an agile agency.

An MCP server for professionals

In addition to the general public, Visamundi is also aimed at travel platforms, agencies and operators managing large volumes of bookings. The company provides a MCP server (Model Context Protocol, Anthropic's open standard enabling AI agents to connect to third-party services).

In concrete terms, a platform equipped with a compatible AI assistant can directly query entry policies by destination and trigger arrival card requests without leaving its environment. All it takes is a few lines of configuration. In parallel, Visamundi offers a classic REST API for more traditional integrations, with a commission of up to 20 % per card processed paid back to partners.
