How is the index calculated?
The complexity index was established by our production team. Each destination expert assigned a score on a scale of 1 à 5. This is the result of a daily analysis. It takes into account several criteria that vary according to the destination's application process.
–The technical nature of data entry : The complexity of online forms (frequent bugs, approximate translations, specific document formats).
-Document conformity: The number of supporting documents required (tickets, insurance, engagement letters, Kbis extracts, etc.) and the verification of the conformity of these documents.
–Editing time : The probability of rejection or request for additional information by the authorities for a standard file.
-List of additional fields : Depending on the application form, additional information is required, and we facilitate exchanges with the customer to guarantee a complete file.
Thanks to this index, our customers can now see at a glance how difficult it is to obtain an electronic visa (e-visa), an electronic arrival card or an electronic travel authorization (AVE/ETA).
Easy level (Index 1-2) : Electronic travel authorizations (e.g. ESTA USA, AVE Canada, ETA UK) are generally fast and require little additional information.
Medium level (Index 3) : e-Visas requiring specific documents (e.g. e-Visa Côte d'Ivoire or Vietnam).
