Our agency joins the 9th class of Welcome City Lab, the incubator dedicated to tourism supported by Paris&Co.
Our team joins the "take-off" program for 2 years. These next few months will enable us to make contact with tourism professionals and create synergies. These collaborations will be useful for innovation in tourism. We also want to simplify (more and more) the traveler's route.
What's more, we'll have the chance to benefit from the Welcome City Lab team's sound advice. Others promising start-ups have also joined us in the Class of 2022.
There's more to come! ☺️

This immersion in the heart of the Parisian ecosystem is a unique opportunity to multiply synergies with major players in the sector and actively contribute to tourism innovation. Our ambition remains unchanged: to further simplify the traveler's journey, transforming administrative constraints into a seamless experience.
This need for simplification is all the more crucial as the current landscape of formalities remains complex. The figures show that difficulties affect not only neophytes, but also experts. Indeed, one professional out of two say they encounter concrete problems when applying for a visa on behalf of their customers. Communication with the authorities is often the first stumbling block: half of all professionals have difficulty reaching consulates, and a quarter report complications during direct exchanges. The geographical remoteness of filing centers, deplored by a third of travel professionals, adds a further physical barrier to the success of a project.
The future of tourism is taking shape through virtuous collaborations and human-centered technological tools. Our presence in this new promotion consolidates our position as a trusted partner for tour operators and adventurers. A number of exciting projects are on the horizon, driven by a shared desire to make the world more accessible. We look forward to deploying these innovations to ensure that every departure is synonymous with absolute serenity.
