E-Ticket Dominican Republic
Input / Output
Since 2020, the Dominican Republic requires all passengers on commercial flights to complete a E-Ticket (electronic arrival card) before boarding. This single digital form replaces the three paper forms previously distributed on board aircraft, and centralizes the data required by the Dirección General de Migración (DGM)the Dirección General de Aduanas (customs) and Ministerio de Salud Pública (public health).
This obligation applies to all nationalities without exception, including Dominican nationals. Whether you're flying from Paris, New York, Madrid, Montreal, Berlin or São Paulo, you must complete your E-Ticket online before arriving at your airline's check-in counter.
Single fare of 29,00 € per traveler Excluding consular fees, if applicable
What is the arrival card (E-Ticket) for the Dominican Republic?

The Dominican Republic E-Ticket is a mandatory electronic form introduced by Dominican laws 285-04, 115-17, 72-02 and 226-06. It consolidates into a single digital document the information previously contained on three separate forms:
- Migration form (Dirección General de Migración): passenger identity, passport number, nationality, reason for stay.
- Customs declaration (Dirección General de Aduanas): declaration of goods, merchandise and currency carried. Compulsory only for passengers aged 18 and over.
- Public health form (Ministerio de Salud Pública): health information for travelers.
After validation, a Unique QR code is generated. You can print it out or save it on your phone. This QR code will be scanned at your airline's check-in counter and at immigration control on arrival.
Please note: the E-Ticket is required for both the’entrance than output from Dominican territory. A separate form must be completed for each trip.
