Electronic travel authorization mandatory for all visitors
Although visas will no longer be required, an administrative formality will remain in force. Visitors will need to obtain a electronic travel authorization (ETA) before traveling to Kenya. President William Ruto has announced the creation of a digital platform that will enable future travelers to apply for this authorization.
Its amount should be 4600 KSH (35 €) and ultimately bring in more money for the Kenyan government than the current visa for a few nationalities.
