What should I do if I don't have access to the digital form before I arrive?
During the 3-month transition phase, paper forms will still be accepted alongside digital submissions. However, we encourage you to fill in the digital forms if possible for a more efficient experience.
What information do I need to complete the Belize travel declaration?
You will need to provide personal information such as passport details, date of arrival, flight number, home address, occupation, marital status and countries visited in the last 30 days.
You will also need to provide details of your stay in Belize, including the length of your stay, where you are staying and the purpose of your visit. Customs information, such as the number of pieces of luggage, may also be required.
Does Belize have a favorable visa policy?
Yes, Belize has a favorable visa policy. Nationals of many countries, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and European Union countries, can enter Belize without a visa for short-term tourist stays.
Will there be separate queues for travellers using the digital declaration system?
In the initial launch phases, there may be no separate queues. However, as the system is rolled out and becomes more widely used, separate queues may be set up to process travelers who have submitted digital declarations more efficiently.
