Botswana's electronic visa application system (e-Visa), which was suspended at the end of April 2025, is once again accessible. International travelers can now submit their visa applications online via the official government portalwithout having to go to an embassy or immigration office.
During the suspension period, applicants encountered difficulties in filing new applications. With the system back online, the Department of Immigration and Citizenship ensures that all functionality is restored and applications can be processed normally.
How do I apply for an e-Visa?
