Visamundi partners with Holiworking to enhance and facilitate the travel experience

Our electronic travel document agency has teamed up with promising start-up Holiworkingwhich offers companies the opportunity to send their employees onย international teleworking to live a real experience of "bleisure (business + leisure).

We set out to meet our new partners and ask them a few questions, highlighting our desire and interest in working together for individual and professional consumers.

Could you briefly describe your company and its main mission?

Holiworking was born in 2020 from an observation: It is increasingly difficult to bring together the desires ofย mobility telecommuting and the challenges of retention and recruitment for companies.

In response, we have created a packaged solution forshort expatriation for employees, of 6 or 12 months in a dream destination, while ensuring continuity of the professional mission by telecommuting, all at no extra cost to the company, a veritable "home-away-from-home".ย employer branding tool.

We're convinced that going international helps you grow, opens your mind and develops your skills, and that telecommuting is not just a fad, but the driving force behind a new way of working.

Why choose Visamundi for an exclusive collaboration?ย 

The collaboration came about naturally, through discussions with Sรฉbastien, the founder of Visamundi. At the time, we were looking for a tool that could provide our customers with real-time information on the health situation in each of the destinations in our portfolio (exhaustively and regularly updated), and Visamundi's API was just what we needed.

How can the partnership between Holiworking and VISAMUNDI benefit both end consumers and tourism professionals?

Holiworking is more than just a professional experience. It's also a life experience with human, cultural and tourist aspects.

In this sense, it is an alternative to fast tourism, offering Holiworkers the chance to enjoy the jewels of their chosen destination, immersed for the long term and as close as possible to the local population.

Do you have any other medium/long-term ambitions for your partnership with VISAMUNDI?

Our primary objective is to provide the best possible service to our customers, by supplying quality information to enhance their experience. We also hope that our collaboration will contribute to the development of Nantes-based startups, already recognized throughout France.

Given the ongoing epidemic, what is your vision for tourism (leisure and business) in the months and years ahead?

As in other sectors, we believe that the trend is towards less, but better. People are likely to travel less, in order to travel better. Longer stays, in-depth knowledge of local places/countries/populations, and real consideration for local ecosystems, both natural and human.
