Can you introduce yourself?

A lawyer since 2016, passionate about my profession, I specialize in labor law - corporate consulting, with a particular interest in international cases.

What motivates me is to rise to the daily challenges and cultivate relationships of trust with my French and foreign customers.

My role at Majorelle Mobility: supported by my team, I offer comprehensive support, from A to Z, to secure the international mobility of employees and make it easier to welcome foreign talent in the face of complex international challenges.

Could you describe the Majorelle ecosystem, of which Majorelle Mobility is a part, and its main mission?

The Majorelle ecosystem: We are a united team of employment lawyers (Majorelle Avocats) and HR consultants (Majorelle RH) specialized in supporting and securing operational HR changes. The ecosystem has recently been enriched by the addition of a recruitment agency specialized in HR professions (Majorelle Talents). Majorelle Mobility is the international branch of Majorelle Avocats.

Thanks to our 4 complementary human capital activities, we cover all our customers' HR needs. Majorelle Mobility's expertise covers various aspects such as secondment, expatriation, the use of foreign subcontractors and service providers, as well as professional immigration (work permits, visas, residence permits).

The profiles I support : French and international companies, from start-ups to international groups, in all business sectors. And also: freelancers, investors, professionals, artists, top athletes, models, stylists... How did the partnership between Majorelle Mobility and Visamundi come about?

I met Sรฉbastien Couix, head of Visamundi, in 2022, a few months after the launch of Majorelle Mobility. With few in-bound or out-bound immigration operators in Nantes, it was clear to me that our two activities were complementary.

How is this partnership useful and beneficial for travelers? How do our respective services complement each other?

Majorelle Mobility's expertise is focused on international profiles who come to live and work in France. In such cases, we assist them in obtaining visas, residence permits and work permits. We also advise companies recruiting foreign employees on how to comply with regulations governing the hiring of foreign workers.

Majorelle Mobility also has a sending French employees abroad. However, as French lawyers, we are not in a position to request visas for countries other than France. This is where our partnership with Visamundi comes into its own, to provide expatriate or seconded employees abroad with the travel documents they need. Many employees also wish to go abroad for tourism during their vacations or to work from home. Visamundi covers many countries and offers a comprehensive, operational and efficient service for obtaining many types of foreign visas and for a wide range of nationalities, while remaining vigilant to political developments and health requirements abroad.

Can you describe a particular case that has been particularly fruitful for you?

Visamundi referred to Majorelle Mobility the case of a Tunisian national whose visa application for France had been refused. We assisted this Tunisian national in lodging an ex gratia appeal with the Commission de Recours contre les Refus de Visa (Visa Refusal Appeal Commission), an appeal that was crowned with success.

At Majorelle Mobility, do you have any other medium/long-term ambitions regarding your partnership with Visamundi? Have you identified any specific areas where we could innovate together?

We can innovate together to optimize our corporate customers' immigration processes:

  • Majorelle Mobility can provide advice on how best to structure employment contracts and mobility policies, and facilitate the process of obtaining visas through Visamundi. In return, Visamundi can help Majorelle Mobility understand the specific visa requirements of different countries.
  • In addition, we can offer our customers training and awareness-raising programs on international mobility and immigration issues, to help them better master the procedures and requirements involved in obtaining visas in different countries.

What is Majorelle Mobility's vision for the next 5 years in terms of traveler immigration?

In a changing globalized world, worker mobility is set to accelerate. International telecommuting, pluriactive workers, expatriates: over the next 5 years, our center of expertise is set to support an ever-increasing variety of foreign worker profiles, with their complex and multifaceted legal issues.

Labor law, social security, immigration, taxation, payroll, relocation: all these subjects are sometimes difficult to reconcile, and require very specific legal expertise that we are committed to bringing to our customers.

Following the recruitment of a Compensation and Benefits specialist at Majorelle RH, we will be stepping up our support in the area of compensation/payroll. In the future, the development of international mobility policies will increasingly require a detailed analysis of employee remuneration, the benefits to be granted, and the social and tax arrangements applicable to these benefits.
